As President Elect, I will be supporting Margaret in achieving her goals for the year and continuing to grow all aspects of Impact100 Greater Milwaukee. My goal is to set the foundation for my time as president and continue the success of Impact 100.

It was a privilege to serve as President last year. In my new capacity as Past President, I am committed to supporting the incoming leadership team and serving as a resource as we enter our 11th year of collective giving, embracing new opportunities to further develop and strengthen our organization.

Treasurer

As treasurer, I ensure that financial controls are in place, all transactions are recorded in our system accurately by our accounting team, all financial reporting is accurate and timely, and reported to the Board of Directors. I work closely with outside professionals on our annual review/audit and work closely with our banks.

As Impact100's Recording Secretary, I document decisions that drive transformative change in the Greater Milwaukee community. I am excited to support the Board and our members in creating meaningful impact.

I ensure the Impact100 brand remains consistent, engaging, and mission-driven across design, print, video, swag, and social media. I share our story creatively to foster connection and engagement.

I bring a strong focus on structure, strategy, and follow-through—along with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to solving problems. This year, I aim to help Impact100 run more smoothly behind the scenes so our members, grantees, and mission can shine on the front lines.

Membership Recruiting Director

I will help grow Impact100 by expanding our outreach to young professionals and corporations in Southeastern Wisconsin. I plan to tell the story of our amazing mission to as many women as possible so we can make an even greater impact in 2026.

Membership Retention Director

I am looking forward to collaborating with member recruitment to engage members in introducing family, friends and co-workers to events.  A majority of our members were introduced to Impact100 MKE by another member, hoping members will pay it forward as we work to increase membership and our collective impact in the community.

As Director of Communications, my responsibility is to keep internal and external stakeholders updated on the programs and initiatives Impact100 is implementing to increase membership, sponsorships, and engagement.
