Impact100 makes that possible by bringing women together to make a powerful, collective difference in greater Milwaukee. Through this work, I get to support the incredible nonprofits doing the heavy lifting in our area while connecting with inspiring leaders who share the same passion for positive change and have some fun along the way!

I have immense love for Impact100. Its model is outstanding, its members are inspiring, and its impact on the Milwaukee community is truly immeasurable. Just as importantly, being part of this organization has helped me grow personally and professionally through the relationships, experiences, and opportunities it provides.  I have learned so much about organizations making meaningful positive change in the area and am proud to be part of a group helping to support them in a big way.

I am a transplant to the Milwaukee community, but after living here since 2010, I happily consider Milwaukee home. I am passionate about seeing our community continue to thrive, and through Impact100 Greater Milwaukee, I have had the privilege of discovering the incredible nonprofits working every day to improve lives throughout our region. I love being part of Impact100 because it brings together women from throughout Southeastern Wisconsin all singularly committed to  strengthen area nonprofits in transformational ways.
As an seasoned nonprofit executive, my role as the Director of Governance on the Impact Board allows me to use my knowledge and experiences in the sector to enhance our organization’s internal operations. Additionally, as Impact’s Nominating Chair, I have the opportunity to work with our leaders to identify and encourage all of our members to contribute their skills and energy as we grow into our second decade of operation.
Serving on the Impact100 Board allows me volunteer my time to something meaningful while building relationships with women who inspire me.

Christine Lehman

Events Director

Since I was young, the importance of giving to others and being an active participant and advocate for my community has been a defining part of my life. With three young children, I’m committed to modeling these values for them—showing that service, connection, and generosity are choices we make every day.

Volunteering as the Director of Events for Impact100 provides countless opportunities throughout the year to share my passion for bringing people together for a greater cause. Creating broader awareness of our mission, opening doors for more women to join, and helping nonprofits learn how they can become grantees through meaningful social gatherings brings me tremendous satisfaction.

In addition to strengthening community engagement, this role allows me to cultivate spaces where women feel empowered to lead, contribute, and shape lasting change—ensuring our collective impact continues to grow year after year.

Anne Tolan

Although I have many years of experience in community service, I am new to the Milwaukee community. Impact100 brings together so many of my priorities in one organization: it provides a meaningful and impactful way for me to contribute my time, skills, and experience to organizations across my new community.

Just as importantly, Impact100 has given me the opportunity to connect with like-minded women throughout the Milwaukee area, building meaningful relationships and friendships that are essential to feeling truly connected and part of a community.

Finally, I strongly believe in the power of collective giving. By bringing together our individual resources, we can create a greater impact than any of us could achieve alone, while the organization’s thoughtful and robust vetting process ensures that our collective support is directed where it can make the greatest difference.

 I choose to be an Impact100 leader because I believe deeply in the power of women coming together to create meaningful change in our community. Alicia Anderson

Co-Director Grants

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am driven by a commitment to serve local businesses and nonprofit organizations by helping them build strong, sustainable financial foundations. As a Treasury Management Officer, I focus on deposit strategies, fraud risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies through a comprehensive understanding of cash flow cycles, receivables, payables, and process improvement to support positive cash flow and stronger outcomes. I am deeply passionate about the nonprofit community—particularly supporting historically marginalized communities, removing funding barriers, championing lesser known nonprofits doing exceptional work, and fostering collaborative, equitable power dynamics between funders and nonprofits to help organizations thrive and amplify their impact.

Sara Manning

Programming Director

I joined Impact100 in 2023 as a Programming committee chair, have served on a grants committee, and have been a member of the Board of Directors since 2025. As Programming Director, I oversee the direction of our flagship, giving, and educational events. With a background in financial planning, consulting, and strategic operations, I pair a love of design and an eye for detail to create programming that invites women across Greater Milwaukee into the power of collective giving in a way that's both intentional and genuinely enjoyable. Programming is the connective thread of our work. It brings members together throughout the year to learn about our grantees, deepen their understanding of our community's needs, build relationships with one another, and stay engaged well beyond their annual gift, sustaining the energy that powers our collective impact. Today's women are pulled in every direction across career, family, and friends, and Impact100 offers a welcoming, approachable place to build community and make a difference right where they live.

I have been fortunate to grow up and raise my family in Southeast Wisconsin, and I care deeply about the people and communities that make this area such a special place to call home. As a Realtor and mother of 3 young kids, I’m passionate about helping make SE Wisconsin an even better place for everyone to live and grow. I love Impact100 because it brings together like-minded women who share a desire to make a meaningful difference in our community. Being part of Impact also gives me the opportunity to learn about the many incredible organizations doing important work throughout our area and to help support the positive change they are creating.

I am an executive and leadership coach, facilitator, and founder of Knowing Deeper Coaching & Consulting, LLC. I partner with purpose-driven leaders—especially accomplished women—to cultivate resilience, reconnect with their authentic selves, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and vitality. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Mindfulness and Somatic Coach, Positive Intelligence® Coach, and SPHR professional. I also work with nonprofit organizations to strengthen leadership teams and facilitate strategic planning.

I am honored to serve as Director of Communications for Impact100 Greater Milwaukee. Inspired by the power of women coming together to create lasting change, I look forward to sharing the stories of Impact100's members, nonprofit partners, and community impact while welcoming more women into this extraordinary community of collective giving.
